A resident of Antrim, Rick has spent a lot of time in gyms. For nearly 10 years, he owned Keene Boxing and Fitness where he trained men and women in the fine art of boxing and kickboxing. Several of his members competed in regional bouts, and one of Rick’s fighters became an amateur golden gloves champion in the ring in Lowell, Massachusetts. Basketball became a big part of Rick’s life when he was eight years old, playing every minute that he could. He still plays whenever he gets the chance. He also lifts regularly and gets out on his road bike when he can. As a volunteer with CASA--Court Appointed Special Advocate , Rick works with kids in difficult situations. Rick looks out for their interests, showing up as an adult they can count on when others have let them down. Rick grew up in Maine and came to New Hampshire in 1973. |

Traci O'MalleyTrainer, InstructorTraci is a nationally certified fitness instructor and personal trainer. She has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. Traci holds long-time ACE ,AFAA and ACSM primary group fitness certifications and personal training certifications and has several specialty fitness certifications including Indoor Cycling, Kickboxing, Boxing, Pilates, Resist-A-Ball, ZUMBA and more. Traci has taught specialty Master classes and Boot Camps throughout New England. She ran and managed a successful fitness program at Adam and Eve health and fitness, and directed the aerobics program at the Nashua Athletic Club ,before moving to the Monadnock region with her husband and 4 children to open up the local All State insurance agency. She is known for her high energy and intense effective classes. Her signature R.I.P.P.E.D ,and deeper definition classes are fun for all fitness levels. Michelle ‘Shelly’ DunnInstructorMichelle, has been a fitness instructor since the mid-1990s. She began practicing yoga in 1998 and earned certification as a yoga instructor in 2001. A former high school teacher, who earned a masters degree in education, Michelle appreciates the value of continuing education. She has completed advanced training courses at the renowned Kripalu Center, as well as seminars held in Atlantic City, Cape Cod and other locations. She is a member of the AAAI and updates her certification annually by meeting the high standards established by that organization. Shelly is certified to teach yoga at levels 1 , 2, and 3, T’ai Chi, as well as other formats. Shelly has been a vegetarian for more than 25 years. She has attended many seminars addressing healthy eating and is a certified raw food diet specialist. .
Married and the mother of a teenage daughter, Shelly has been an active volunteer with numerous community organizations and the local school district. |

Jordana KorsenInstructorA self-professed gym rat, Jordana likes to sweat. Really sweat. And she’ll get you sweating too if you join her in group cycle or one of her weight lifting classes. With her music blaring and her million-watt smile she’ll help you get to that place where exercise has you smiling too. When not at the gym, Jordana creates art in her glass blowing studio and teaches glass blowing to others. She is a juried member of the Leauge of New Hampshire Craftsmen and has won numerous awards for her work. “Move it or lose it. See you in the morning.” |

Amy ReisingerInstructorAmy completed her yoga training at Frog Pond Yoga in Princeton, MA, in 2003. Her favorite part of teaching is introducing yoga to someone who has never done it before, and she believes that yoga is accessible to everyone. When not in the studio, she can usually be found hiking with her dog or volunteering at Fast Friends Greyhound Rescue. |

TerryAnn Towers Saint AmandInstructorTerryAnn likes to mix it up-- her hair color and her exercise. Lately she’s been taken with Hot Yoga and barefoot athletics. She teaches Tai Chi and yoga and is one of our Kids Fitness Instructors. She holds certifications in Tai Chi: SCW/AFAA as well as Yoga and Kids Fitness: AFAA. Daily hikes with her dogs are a must and working out with her students. “Spending time with my family and vegetarian food are the cornerstones of my life. My family reduces stress which adds to my fitness. And vegetarian food... well, it’s just the best.” |

Charlene ShaverInstructorIf you’re an early riser, check out Charlene’s sunrise group cycling classes on Tuesday and Thursdays mornings. She’ll get you pumped for the rest of the day. Charlene graduated from Mount Wachusett Community College with an Associates degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant and a certificate in Fitness Leadership. She has been certified as an ACE Personal Trainer since 2006 and Level 2 Spin instructor since 2005. She is Yogafit-trained at level 3. A distance running enthusiast, Charlene teaches group cycle and yoga classes. Whether working with physical therapy clients at her day job or teaching classes at Performance Health and Fitness, Charlene loves helping people reach their goals. She keeps current with continuing education classes in both physical therapy assisting and gym based programs. “I love my work-- helping people find their level of fitness regardless of circumstances present in their life.
