Candy Tramack

You’ll see Candy everywhere. She’s been with us from the beginning. After settling her youngest daughter into the childcare room, Candy can be found upstairs leading a group class to places they thought they’d never go. Abs, hips, thighs and arms... you’ll feel it everywhere and love the results.

Candy is also our Licensed Massage Therapist, so schedule an appointment to compliment all the hard work you’ve been doing and improve your recovery from certain injuries and chronic problem areas.
