Body Evolution -
How far can you push? This intense resistance training class will redefine every muscle giving you a rock solid body. Smooth transitions to benefit strength & endurance. Continuous movement for a sweat drenched sculpting session that will get you results!

Cardio Blast-     
High energy aerobics combined with dynamic total body toning and Pilates. All levels

Cardio Mix -     
Fun and energizing combinations of hi-low, step, cardio dance, kick box, etc. All levels

Cycle Extreme + -   
30 minutes of intense all-terrain cycling, then kick it up a notch in the studio with muscle toning and a relaxing cool down. The ultimate in cardio and fat burning.

Deeper Definition -
This “Body Pump” style class will burn an average of 400 calories or more in 1 hour! You will work your entire body from head to toe; each muscle group is worked hard in 4 minute sets. Increase your metabolism and your body’s fat burning ability.

Pilates Sculpt -
Sculpt a lean body combining Pilates core work with various resistance exercises using dumbbells, bands and other tools. An effective overall body toning workout. All levels

Stability Ball + -    
Utilize the stability ball plus body bar, dumbbells and bands, as you challenge your balance, increase your stamina and improve your strength & flexibility. All levels

Step Circuit -   
A great conditioning class that incorporates fun step patterns with strength training for an overall total body workout. Intensity is 100% participant controlled. All levels

Stretch Fusion-     
Reduce tension and enhance flexibility with a combination of active techniques, isometric holds, and breathing. All levels

Total Sculpt -
